Julie is the President and Owner of Godshall Recruiting. She has been with her family business full time since 1995 and remained as President and Owner when her parents retired in 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and a Master of Personnel and Employee Relations from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining her family’s business in 1995, she was a Technical Recruiter and HR Generalist with NCR (AT&T) in Columbia and Liberty, SC. In addition to leading her firm and several industry related organizations, she is a very active community volunteer who has made an impact on the future of the Upstate. Outside of leading a company and being a mother and wife, Julie enjoys tailgating and cheering on her Clemson Tigers, traveling, and spending summer weekends at the lake!

Drew Brown joined the Godshall team in 2003 and oversees the Sales and Marketing responsibilities at Godshall. Drew also handles recruiting top tier level talent specifically for the nonwovens industry.  After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University, Drew worked for Southern Weaving Company as a process engineer.  Later Drew joined a world-renowned chemical company as their sales representative promoting products to the textile and nonwoven industries. Drew is very active as a community volunteer, serving on several Upstate boards.  Drew runs the Alaskan Sporting Clay Classic each year to benefit mission work in Alaska and Yukon Territories. When he’s not in the office, you can find Drew at any Clemson related event, golfing, or hunting.   

Ginny Beach has been a member of the Godshall team since 1994. She currently oversees all recruiting and staffing operations for Godshall. Prior to working at Godshall, Ginny worked as a recruiter in the Philadelphia area. She has a master’s degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. Like a lot of her colleagues, she is also a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Associate. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, and the Business Advocacy Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the Board of Connections, Women Leaders of the Upstate, and has been involved with United Way’s Success By 6 campaign.  Ginny continues to have a passion for understanding the needs of the companies we serve and matching candidates with a great career. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Karen Truesdale has been a member of the Godshall team since 2003. Before coming to Godshall, Karen worked for a national non-profit organization recruiting local volunteers. Today she serves as the VP of Administration, managing Godshall’s support team and internal processes.  She has a master’s degree from Converse College and a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College. Karen’s areas of interests outside of work include spending time with her two rescue dogs–Murphy and Tilly and watching the newest streaming TV shows. 

Katherine Ericson came to Godshall with over 10 years of experience in marketing for healthcare and commercial real estate in Charlotte, NC.  In addition to being a graduate of Wake Forest University, she earned her CSP(Certified Staffing Professional).  She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts. She is involved in the Greenville Tech Marketing Advisory Board, ECPI Advisory Board and Tech After Five.  Outside of work, Katherine enjoys reading and travelling as much as she can with her husband and two grown children!

Nate is our newest member of the team and joined Godshall in January 2024. He graduated from NC State University in 2012 with a degree in business management and has been working in recruiting and human resources ever since. In his spare time, you’ll find Nate spending time with his family, cheering on his Wolfpack, mountain biking, fishing, or working out. Go Pack!

Wendy Blye has 14 years of experience working in human resources and recruiting in the healthcare industry. She joined Godshall Recruiting in 2015 and currently specializes in finding top talent with a focus on healthcare and insurance.  She holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of South Carolina-Upstate and recently showed off her multitasking skills by completing her MBA through Clemson University while working a full-time job and being a mom of two. She stays connected with the community by sitting on several collegiate advisory boards throughout the Upstate and is an active member of SCMGMA and SHRA. When Wendy is not traveling for her kids’ soccer games, she enjoys shopping and cooking new recipes!

Chad Hardin has been with Godshall for 11 years.  He and his team focus on engineering/manufacturing recruiting for companies located primarily here in the Upstate.  With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast.  He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area.  He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools.  His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management.  After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements.  She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Catherine Culler joined the Godshall recruiting team back in 2000. Graduating from Clemson University with a degree in marketing, she started her career as a District Manager for ADP before moving into pharmaceutical sales. She is heavily involved in the community serving as a member on the Women of St. Francis Foundation, South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and actively involved at her church First Presbyterian. Catherine is a wife and mother to three children, a zealous runner, and a cycle instructor at the Caine Halter YMCA.

Kelly Groom began her career with Godshall in 1998 and has recently returned after taking time off to be with her children and has been with us for over 3 years. Kelly is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Management/Marketing. She is a wife and mother to two girls, actively involved with Cancer Survivor Park Alliance, and an avid tennis player.

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world. 

Corie Burleson started her career in the recruiting industry after graduating with a degree in criminal justice from Kennesaw State University in 2011.

Her interests outside of work include exercise, dancing, and spending time outdoors with her husband. She also has a passion for animals and loves to cook.

Kate joined Godshall in 2023 with 10 years of experience in Non-Profit, HR and Community Relations. With a passion for building strong client relationships, Kate enjoys helping teams find their ideal talents. Outside of work, she finds joy in quality time with her husband, Billy, and son, Ryan, and you can often find her exploring estate sales in search of unique fine china pieces. She is a journalism graduate from Auburn University, in the fall you can find her cheering on the Auburn Tigers, too – War Eagle!

Lauren is a dedicated professional with a passion for making a positive impact. After graduating from University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Communication Studies, she began her career in non-profit, where she played a crucial role in aiding individuals with intellectual disabilities find meaningful employment. Lauren joined Godshall in 2023, she provides valuable support to our recruiters and candidates. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her husband, golfing, hiking, and enjoys completing a challenging puzzle.

Teri joined Godshall Recruiting in 2016 as the Scheduling Coordinator has been working over 4 years as our Recruiting and Credentialing Coordinator.  Graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas College with a degree in Business Administration, Teri started her career in HR with Simon & Schuster. She then moved into the wireless industry, spending many years in HR for Nynex Mobile Communications, SprintPCS, SunCom and Verizon Wireless. She enjoys reading, traveling, the beach, and spending time with friends.

Rachel is Godshall’s Social Media Guru and Marketing Specialist.  She graduated from Towson University with a major in Digital Media Communications. Prior to her joining the team, she worked overseas at a social gaming company. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending her time off-roading in the mountains, going on spontaneous adventures, and hanging out with friends.
